This AML Policy (the “Policy“) describes the approach of yifi.io (“Yifi.io“, “We“, “Us“) to anti-money-laundering (“AML“) and counter-terrorist-financing (“CTF“) matters in connection with the YiFi Earn and YiFi Swap services and any related interfaces and applications (each a “Service” and together the “Services“). This Policy forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, the Terms of Use of each Service.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this Policy. If you do not agree with it, you must not use the Services.
1.1. The Services are non-custodial software interfaces of an informational and technical nature. Yifi.io does not hold, store, control, pool, transfer or otherwise take custody of any User funds or Digital Assets at any point, does not have access to Users’ private keys or wallets, and cannot initiate, sign or reverse any transaction.
1.2. Yifi.io does not act as a bank, exchange, money-services business, broker, custodian, intermediary or counterparty. It does not execute transactions on Users’ behalf and does not exercise any discretion over User assets. All transactions are initiated and signed by the User from the User’s own wallet, or are executed by independent third-party protocols, providers and exchangers.
1.3. Accordingly, Yifi.io does not itself conduct identification (KYC), customer due diligence, source-of-funds verification or independent transaction-level AML/CTF screening of Users, and does not assume independent verification obligations in respect of the Services.
2.1. The Services aggregate and provide access to independent third-party protocols, smart contracts, on-chain routers, liquidity aggregators and off-chain providers and exchangers (collectively, “Third Parties“). All settlement, custody and execution occur on the side of such Third Parties.
2.2. Third Parties act independently and under their own terms, policies and procedures. You acknowledge and agree that a Third Party may, on its own side and at its own discretion or as required by applicable law:
2.3. Such requirements and controls are determined and applied entirely by the relevant Third Party. Yifi.io does not control, instruct, perform or take responsibility for the KYC, AML/CTF or compliance decisions of any Third Party.

3.2. Yifi.io does not operate in, and does not target, restricted jurisdictions, and reserves the right to determine the markets and jurisdictions in which the Services are made available.
4.1. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services, and of any Third Party accessed through them, is lawful in your jurisdiction and complies with all applicable laws, including AML/CTF and sanctions requirements.
4.2. Before carrying out any operation, you must independently review and comply with the terms, rules and policies of the relevant platform, protocol, provider or exchanger through which the operation is to be performed, including any identification (KYC), AML/CTF, eligibility and geographic requirements they may apply.
4.3. You represent and warrant that you use only Digital Assets derived from lawful sources, that you do not act on behalf of any sanctioned or restricted person, and that you will not use the Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud or any other unlawful purpose.
5.1. Where Yifi.io reasonably believes that a User is a restricted or sanctioned person, is connected with a restricted jurisdiction, has breached the Terms of Use or this Policy, or presents a legal, regulatory, security or reputational risk, Yifi.io reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice or disclosure of reasons, to restrict, suspend, condition or terminate access to all or part of the Services.
5.2. For these purposes, Yifi.io may apply access-control and blocklisting measures, including by wallet address, account/login identifier and User-Agent or device characteristics, and may implement IP-based restrictions as an additional measure.
6.1. We may amend this Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version, and your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Policy.
